Terrible post office.

First visit: 15 mins before official Royal Mail website closing, I was turned away saying they'd already shut down the post office system.

Second visit just to post a return to Amazon: the printer wasn't working so they couldn't print anything

Third visit to send some cash: "Money gram isn't working at the moment". I didn't even want to use money gram! When I said I just wanted to use Special Delivery and use a (free) special delivery envelope I was told they don't do them and I'd have to buy a normal white or brown paper envelope.

Don't waste your time here, go and use the one at Istead Rise.

Great shop, helpful staff who try and deliver what you want, even if they are limited by being a small branch

One of the worst post offices in the area.
The post office closes 4 times a day for money count and one of the staff members is incredibly rude.(the one from Birmingham). His attitude if you don't like go elsewhere great customer service.
I will also be reporting McColls Meopham to the post office complaints team to investigate the poor customer service.

Last 3 times I’ve been in there. There’s been one person serving at the post counter with 5+ people in the que, and nobody serving at shop counter. So put my food back and went elsewhere.

I have used this place for years. Yeah it might me expensive, but thats the price for convenience.

Absolutely incompetent male staff member when trying to drop off a returns parcel with a pre-printed post label. Wouldn't listen when I tried to explain which bar code to use, instead gave me a lecture on how he used to work at Amazon. Gave up in the end and went to Culverstone who dealt with it all in about 30 seconds.

Cant believe what I saw when I walked in this shop. The lady with red hair had her knickers and top of her bottom on show.
This is disgusting behaviour for any shop assistant.
Im sad to say she had terrible customer service skills as she didn't even look at me, greet me and didn't move when I needed to get past.
She didn't have a mask on and wasn't complying with social distancing and I felt very uncomfortable.

Not happy with the way I was greeted by a member of staff, the tall man with an accent was on the phone the whole time I was in the shop!!! Didn’t even come off the phone while I was paying and when I asked questions about a product he didn’t bother to come of the phone and answered with one word. Not happy at all!!!!
