Co-op Food - Northfleet

Convenient for locals can park on street for 30 minutes outside shop. Well laid out staff are friendly and helpful sells most produce including alcohol.

One particular lady called Marion. I had a very bad experience while I was shopping in this store. She was shouting and being very aggressive and also using the f word. Told me and the other customer to shop in Tesco down the road. She is very rude and aggressive if she’s in a bad mood. Appalling.

Best experience are when you serve yourself
Dont ask for help on self checkout unless you want dirty looks

Wouldn’t be going back to the store must say Tesco has better service and manners . Very disappointed as the staff their very rude.

This Coop has been here for many years. I used to come with my grandma and I'm in my 50s now. Seen it change a lot but always a friendly, well stocked local store....until recently. New management i think. Its lost its personal touch and some of the products I particularly go there for are no longer available. Particularly upset they don't stock their fair-trade earl grey tea anymore. .

a lovely young man named joe i believe was really kind to me the other day when i was in the shop and he offered to help me carry my things over to the till!

Great Co-op store. Staff are friendly and always seems to be well stocked. Co-op have very good quality produce across their stores so this little shop is ideal. It is very slightly more expensive than the Tesco Metro down the road, but the quality and service more than make up for it.
The only issue is its size, would like to see a slightly bigger store.

It quite clearly says on the window it opens at 6am but it doesn't, and the staff in there just look at you as dummies and offer no explanation as to why
