Went in with positive attitude to hand in Hermes parcel. Nice pleasantries exchanged then code did not scan and it was downhill from then. Not meant to take it if goes not scan. Can you put the barcode number in please. Well not meant to take it because courier won't be able to scan it. By this time my temper is rising I'll do it from home next time then. Oh you want to do that then. No labels printed, input number please. More moaning,moan,moan moan. Do not use this store. This independent sucks. And I was the only customer in the shop. Wow if there was a minus star would have given it.

Find them to be rude and no real customer service skills. Went to pick up a parcel and was greeted as I walked through the open door with “I’m closed, I can’t serve you as I’ve shut down the tills” I replied politely that it was only to clollect a parcel. Apparently that was an impossible task too. Why does a shop close Saturday lunchtime? Why leave the door open when you’re closed? Why employ someone so rude and so completely inflexible?

I can't believe such a fraudulent shop.Went ti their on 15th may afternoon and bought magnum mini in a pack of 4. The guy on the till looks like a fraudulent owner said to me its 2.99 and charged me 4.99 on my card I just checked for a pack 4 magnums icecream. I didnt get the receipt thats my mistake. Obviously with not get my money back. Such a lier these convenience shops are not trust worthy

Awful service I had there, the manager shouldn’t be a manager, he doesn’t know what customer service is, he was rude and pig ignorant towards me, he needs sacking the man’s completely incompetent, a manager is supposed to be the most competent person in the team, he isn’t by a long shot. Also the Hermes service they provide in there is bloody awful (NEVER USE THIS STORE).

The owner of this place has got to be one of the rudest and most unhelpful shopkeepers I've ever encountered. Doesn't deserve to stay in business with this attitude to customers.

Excellent customer service. The owner is very friendly and kind. Would recommend to all. Better than Tesco. Has a vast range of American sweets and drinks. I am very satisfied. The lady working there is a very kind person!
