I would rate 0 if I could. Waiting in line at the post office for ages whilst it somehow takes 2 people to stick some stickers on one persons’ package, and then when it’s finally my turn they start serving the shop customers who have only just walked in. Now I’m a patient person and I don’t mind waiting a little but what I can’t tolerate is lack of manners. When it finally is my turn I don’t even get a hello, let alone “sorry for the wait”. What I do get is ignored whilst the cashiers talk about their tills and a receipt put on the desk in front of me. I had to ask if we were all done as she was walking off. Manners and a smile would have compensated for the wait. Perhaps your staff would benefit from a customer service course.

Leave you queuing in long line while they sit out back chatting & smoking.,no urgency to serve anyone and when they do appear no apology for keeping you waiting, very inconvenient when you are in a rush .,main culprit of this behaviour is assistant manager “Emma Lou “

Dirty candrinks in fridge that does not work so if you want a warm coke it's hear one person to work post office till and shop till don't work 2 lines of people in line stroppy female staff, I was the 5 person to walk out in discuss neaver use a MARTIN SHOP EVER AGAIN LOOKING AT OTHERS REPORT'S I WONDER WHY ITS NOT BEAN SHUT DOWN
