Bargain Booze

Nice staff

Refused service as my girlfriend didn’t have her ID to buy lemonade whilst I was buying myself a drink. Very disappointing, I’ll be using the spar instead in the future.

just visited the Bargain Booze on Kings Drive. Spotted the bottle of wine that I usually purchase and saw that the price had gone up. As the price was £0.50 more than usual I thought the drive to the next best place to get that wine wasn't worth it and went to purchase.

When scanned the wine can up as £6.49 which is £1.75 more than usual. Once I pointed out that the price advertised was £5.25 the lady in shop said that it must of been a mistake and that the price was still £6.49. No apology, no notice that the law clearly states that she should of changed the price for my sale and adjusted it afterwards, nothing but a not very pleasant member of staff who obviously couldn't care less about customer service or satisfaction.

I have been a huge customer to that store over the years as it is just around the corner from my house. I will not be visiting every again and I will warn all my friends and neighbours to avoid the store as they kust want to rip you off and make you feel bad about it.

Completely disgusting service and behaviour.

Never had anything but friendly service here.
