Great corner shop, owner is very friendly and has great customer services as well as his staff at the tills. The shop has a good stock of every day essentials. Clean too.

It's actually changed it's name to Nisa Local however the same staff still work here. They are always polite and happy to help with anything and always smiling. Has all the essentials you would need.

Very poor customer service. Refused to take a DPD parcel even though they are a collection location for them. They suggested I come back in the morning and give the parcel to DPD. Rude staff. Will not return.

My favourite off license in this area. The problem is that corridors are small, so it is difficult to go around with a buggy. They put drinks on the floor, with some other items, and I don't think it is hygienic.
But I like the staff, a place you can get all you need!

Nisa local E13 0NF, they are very rude and misleading peoples with different prices. Really poor customer services and they are deal with drugs and other activities in the shops. They abuse customer’s rights and if you challenge them they become very aggressive. Please avoid this shop. I would never recommend anyone to visit this shop. If you would like to get abuse then you can go!!

Lovely guys, I think it is really important for the local community to know this shop is completely ripping people of with the majority of their products. Yes inflation, has increased the price of goods, no doubt! However, with prices rising with inflation they also added a little extra to the prices. All the locals shops in the area have their products at similar prices except for this one. They will tell you “oh you know inflation price high” but this is only part true. They don't tell you they added extra on top of it to profit from the poor local community. I really recommend customers to check their prices and compare it to local shops. You'll be shocked. In this current climate, I really hope customers read this review and go to other local shops who are honest with their products and only inline with inflation. I have sent an email to government food agencies for an investigation will update this review soon.

Rudiest staff I have experienced in my life. Refused to take a disabled persons package even though Dpd had flagged them as a pick up slot, as the parcel would take up space so people couldn’t see shelf space. Would recommend people to not use this shop for anything

This is Nisa Local near Aldgate East Station Bus stop E. Shop is nice, and comfortable to buy something while waiting for bus. Staff is nice and friendly. The only bad thing is outside where, all mornings, kind of insisting beggers approach people passing by, asking them to buy them food or to charge their electricity card. I wonder what do they do with so much food, and if they sell it back. Please be careful. They are not so hungry, but impostors.
