This disgusting establishment allows their neighbours the power to harass their patrons via police proxy! Disabled or not, freezing weather or not, whatever the reason one had best not make any reasonable noise such as having an internal combustion engine running or you to may find yourself on the receiving end of a police intrusion if you dare not be completely silent about your business at this location. If Spar think this arrangement is acceptable can we please have it stated in no uncertain terms at the entry point of the CAR PARK please to avoid the emergency situation of a running engine necessarily requiring police attendance! Get the oddballs nextdoor some triple glazing or a court injunction please. Truly disgusting that an old name about town like Spar does not care to make their car parks a safe space for disabled drivers. The total loss of my custom from this point forward will cost far more than the legal fees to raise an injunction this year alone and another year will see that total nett loss raised higher than the cost of a full soundproofing job. I can only assume the weak management at this store has lost many customers to the neighbourly idiots who bought a house next to a shop to then complain about all the wicked drivers bringing a car to a car park.

Very poor service at the Post Office counter within the Spar shop if you have a small business or returning or sending any parcels. The people behind the counter are very miserable. They scrutinise your parcel and look for anything that they can use to have a little moan at you. If its 1 cm over or 1gram over.

Using their online system to generate a label online sometimes the weight is missed off. Even though its all logged on to there system through the bar code.

The staff working behind the SPAR counter are the complete opposite and are always friendly and helpful.

Covid compliance although could only see the track & trace venue check-in at the top of the stairs.

What is wrong with the staff behind the counter? Every time I bring a parcel out of post office hours, they can't be bothered to take it behind the spa counter. Why on earth do you have a sign to say when the post office is closed you are happy to assist? Same old excuses, member of staff on their break or we can't do that now. Sort your staff attitude out, they are extremely rude, juvenile and have no manners whatsoever. I'll take my shopping and parcels elsewhere. Will never enter this store again. If you're going to employ young staff, make sure you train them customer service, decent manners and right attitude.

“breakfast wraps” on the hot counter told the staff they need make more, they never make more! Only seem to want to make up the ones that don’t sell!?!?! Thick

Post office advertised as being open until 8pm. Arrived at 7.30pm to collect my parcel to be told that its closed. I asked why and the girl behind the counter replied 'well noone is trained to give you your parcel. Someone quit working here today' what an absolute joke! Wouldn't have minded but when you travel well out of your way to collect to be filled with such a joke of an excuse to not give me my parcel! Unreliable to say the least.

Awful customer service take your stupid sign down that says if shop open post office open as fake!!
Drove all the way as they say post office is open when store is. Sign says go to main counter main counter closed. Told come back tomorrow. Not happy !
