Unprofessional, rude, annoying, impolite and refuses to provide a service they offer. Four times I have been to this place. The managers attitude is appalling; not willing to carry out a service they provide and instructing their team not to, even if the staff are willing. Exasperation and tutting at customers is commonplace.
