Good for what it is. Good salad and cold meat, frozen meals ok, tons of confectionary and snacks. Only the prepared fruit isn't so good.

Hello all,

I recently visited this particular establishment in the heart of my community with my wife, Deborah.

Whilst I appreciated their selection of Swedish meatballs, I found their services in Swedish massage rather lacklustre to say the least. Not my best Spa day!

I would have given just the single star review had they not stocked my personal favourite brand of caramel flavoured confectionary: Werthers Originals.

Next time I'm after a day of total relaxation, I won't be coming back here.

Always nice to get quick items if you don't have tone to run into town and to meet some of the regular staff who smiles. Keep safe ya'll.

The staff are great, always polite and smiling. The cost of some products however is outrageous!! I needed a lettuce for tea, so thought I'd pop into Spar... £1:04!!!! REALLY??? WHY? Its not like they're out of season. Just disgusted, a lot of pensioners have no option but to use their local shop, with everything else in the rise, Spar, as a local convenience store should be endeavoring to charge reasonable prices.

I regularly use the Post Office facility here because the town centre Post Office is so awful. All of the staff are polite, efficient and cheerful with exception of the manager. He is grumpy and rude and could clearly do with some customer relationship training.

Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. I always use this stores post office counter, because of this fact. The bakery and hot food is excellent and smells amazing! Always well stocked too. Great local convenience store.

Nice team but never enough staff on shift to cover busy post office and shop as well
