If you are trying to drop UPS packages here, try somewhere else first. I have tried to drop off a package several times. Every time they come up with some excuse not to accept the package, including the UPS don't come on weekends so we can't accept your package on the weekends.

The worst part of is how rude these people are if you ask if they can hold the parcel for UPS. They just want you to get out of the shop asap. If you are not helping the UPS customers like you are supposed to, why on earth are you advertising yourself as a UPS drop off point?

Edit: Too bad you have such a rude way to deal this situation and make customers feel unwanted and make a piecemeal of a simple transaction. The parcel was 20x15x15cm. Not big. A shop nearby smaller than yours took it without any problems. Don't wait til the customers arrive at your shop to pick and choose your rules.
