Had a UPS package delivered there to collect. It was scanned in by the shop but when I went to collect it they couldn't find it. Fobbed me off telling me it hadn't been delivered and contact UPS customer service

Tbh both man and woman working there are rude. No response to hello,
Doesn't say the total just points to register unless you ask multiple times. Door is horrific to manuver with a pram csnt imagine if a person on a wheelchair has to come in. Staff constantly talking to phone too
