It's your typical CO-OP really, queues form easily, cramped and vastly overpriced compared to everywhere else (I found like for like in a nearby supermarket to be near enough half the price).

Some of the staff here are decent, but others let them down. One lady is overly concerned about the oven behind her and checking every five seconds if the cakes are done, causing a massive queue. Another will chat for ages with the elderly but then barely say two words to younger people and in the majority the newer staff have no sense of urgency.

Also, on several occasions I had been waiting for at least five minutes in a queue and they allowed a person who just wanted a news paper to push to the front. In typical Salisbury fashion, the older members of the public that come in are very rude and push to the front of the queue, but the staff never ask them to go to the back of the queue, thus causing annoyance.

Quite possibly the worst shop in the UK! It is really let down by the staff. The majority are rude and have no pride or interest in their job. Recently I waited ages in a queue whilst a staff member was out the front smoking in uniform. I visit it this shop often as its on my drive to work and the majority of the time I have an issue. The staff tend to shout to each other through out the shop about "ciggie breaks" AND general moaning about their jobs in front of customers. There is also a problem with dog mess outside the front of the shop which I know isn't their fault but someone needs to keep it tidy.

Absolutely sick of this shop being shut all the time for them to restock. It’s so annoying when you need something quickly. This has been going on for months. The manager is rude and grumpy. I have now decided to make the effort to go and take my business to the onestop. They tend to be open during the opening hours stated and advertised on their door unlike this shop.

The staff here are amazing and go beyond their duty. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Cameron, who works here, came to my rescue when I was already rescued. If he had not stopped he would not have connected with my friend. Many many thanks. Huge gratitude which I will pay forward.

Shop always seems to be shut during prime times for them to restock. I appreciate the current situation but absolutely ridiculous. You must be losing a lot of revenue so well done.

The fridges haven't worked for nearly 3 weeks so theres nothing chilled in there they always close 4 hours early, and still by 10am on a saturday morning theres no bakery items available - the least convenient convenience store I've ever come across!

I went this morning to drop a parcel (return for Amazon) arriving at the sop and show the QR code the employee saying to me that is not acceptable… I ask why and she started shout out to me that is she’s working for 10years and never accepted QR codes…I asked why is it shouting at me without any reason…… she said who sent me there lied to me…

I always go to this shop for my daily paper and the odd bit of grocery and sending parcels and I've always found the staff to be very helpful and understanding, when I had a problem with a parcel I rang and spoke to the manager and she was very helpful thank you
