The guy in the previous review is obviously slightly mentally retarded!

I've never had anything but prompt and friendly service from anyone who works in this shop. Even to the point that if there is more than two people queueing they call someone to operate the second till!

Furthermore I beleive that when the person behind the counter told the person in the previous review that £10 wasn't enough that he may have been joking! He often does this with me when I am purchasing cigarettes or scratchcards! I do however understand that if you have the mental capacity of 4 years old or under you may not be able to comprehend the complexeties of a joke.

In summary I conclude that this is a fantastic store with great, friendly customer service as opposed to the robots you get in other stores! Also that maybe you should not take at first glance what you see on Google reviews.

In my oppinion the service at this place is just so out of touch with manners and reality that is it isn't even funny.

From two noisy lice riden buzzards to a guy who follows me around the store like a love sick puppy when I am trying to do my shopping in peace.

Furthermore it is very clear that these two males who work there don't know the first thing about manners....

One time I went to this shop was to put some money on my electric I knew exactly what I was going to put on it and I was going to put £10.00 on my electric and nomore.

When I got to the counter the guy asked me how much I wanted on my electric I told him how much I wanted to put on it and he dared to backchat to me saying that it wouldn't be enough....

I angrily told him to his face that it was up to me how much I put on my electric and that in future what I decided to put on it was nothing to do with him.

The burke looked at me as if he were been shown a simple magic trick and then without giving me anymore nonsense did as he was told.

The last time I went in there those head the balls dared to speak to me as if I was a kid at the counter when I was getting my money out to pay for my food and drink....

Honestly if they insist on employing idiots who can't even be civil to customers or be able to go one day without talking down to a customer I am amazed that this place didn't go under ages ago....

If you ever need to go there for anything at all go when the women are on duty at the counter because they are always civil and well mannered which in all honestly has the other staff coming in a sorry second place....

So my peice of advice for this store is simply that those two head the balls won't get anywhere until they get their act together....

Seriously I rekon a pair of winged monkies could have run that shop better then them. Also Ashley Morgan really needs to stop been a cyber bully and learn once and for all that there is nothing mentally retarded about me.

I've met my customer needs in that place. They serve me quickly. they always try to communicate with people. So it's nice place

Charged £22.50 for 2 items totaling £2.50. My own fault, couldn't read the PDQ properly at the time, however, when I queried directly after they wouldnt show me the receipt from the machine. They knew the error but didn't admit to it. Fraud or theft? Just wondering how many times they have done this to others. Will avoid going forward

Had a bit of a cowboy saloon moment here recently.
You know what I mean, as I came through the door, staff stopped and stared and were silent even when I was polite, and although they were not rude, I felt very unwelcome.
