Refused to sell me a vape which had the 🔞 sign on it. I am 18. She rudely told be i had to be 19+. Went to the vape shop next door and got it for £4.99 instead of £7.50

Never open when they say they are. Checked their availability online but after I walked all the way there shop was closed. It’s the second time this happened.
