Ideal if you live between Lilac Road and Wonford Green Surgery and need Milk after 17:00

The staff are rude, obnoxious and outspoken.
The paypoint and card machines are constantly breaking. (Blamed on the internet) 😂

There are still some issues with the staff talking to their mates instead of serving customers properly, but, that's the sort of thing you get in a deprived area like Burthouse Lane.

The selection is fair, however, certain items (lynx shower gel and deodorant) are very overpriced. You wouldn't expect a bargain here, is all I'm saying.

It serves it's purpose as a convinience store. Milk and bread available up until 10pm (stock permitting).

Easy store to navigate. Found everything we were looking for.

Staff however were loud and didn't feel too welcome. When we went to the checkout there was no one there and we waited for about a minute before the member of staff came over. She saw us as we approached the checkout but didn't fully acknowledge us. When she came to serve us she was talking on her mobile phone to what I can assume wasn't work related the way she was cackling. Very unprofessional. She was friendly though and I could see she wasn't being rude to us purposefully. She seems to get on with customers and have friendships with regular customers which was nice to see.

The basket system is ridiculous, no one appeared to be cleaning them when i was there I needed a pack of cigarettes and had to hold a basket before entering like Where's the logic in that can they not just count how many people are in the store that way it saves multiple people holding a basket when they don't need to!
