Good shop with car park, cash machine, pay point etc.

The second time when I was buying some groceries, the lady at the till had some snarky comments about the number of Monster drinks I was buying. None of her business and actually utterly disgusting. It is unacceptable and the management should address this. This Spar, with such badly behaving staff, will never see me again!

I don't often write reviews but following the experience I had this morning I couldn't not.
The lady I spoke to behind the counter was so unbelievably rude that I cannot believe she was ever given a customer facing role!
I went into the shop on my way home from school run and stood in a (very short queue) to ask whether they had an item in stock. Her reaction and rude response included a very annoyed "no". I asked her if her reaction was due to a high amount of people asking. She gave me a simple, still very annoyed "yes". I left the shop not purchasing the other items I needed due to feeling almost chastised by her behaviour. Whilst you may be asked the same question more than once in a day, as a shop worker it is your role to ensure your customers feel welcome no? All I can advise to spar is that this particular staff member would benefit from some customer service training. Horrified by her lack of this.

Searched for greggs sent me to the spar 🤔 building a greggs there just not opened it yet 🤣

Fantastic shop they helped us out with electric key after Scottish Power sent us on a 40 mile trip to a shop that is no longer there. Thank you again for your help

Really great customer service a really nice girl with long blonde hair served me and packed my bag which was so helpful. A large range of goods, will be back. Its good to shop local.

Helpful staff, well presented, have a wide range of snacks but my gosh this is over priced.
