Had out of date sandwiches from this shop recently, which I did report to them. I was too busy to return them at the time, all the assistant could say was I should have brought them back. No apology, no mention of letting the manager know etc. Staff often outside having a smoke "break" looking annoyed to have to stop to go in to serve. Shouldn't staff be required to wash hands after a smoke break before handling customer's shopping? I would have thought this was a company policy and basic health and hygiene?! Almost never anything on the hot counter recently. Not a good experience here, sadly.

Trashy factory food . Pop,crisps, chocolate and cakes !!! 🤮
