The place has turned around with more training given to staff and harder working management. Most of the staff are polite and all are helpful

What is happening with the staff?? They are rude forever having there own conversations and completley ignoring the customers. I was short changed twice last week second time the gentleman looked through the cctv and said i was correct. I found this humiliatiing as the shop was very busy at the time. Im a carer working full time in this very horrible time so a luttle bit of politeness wouldnt go a miss intead of being ignored.

Miserable, unfriendly staff. All need retraining in customer service. Couldn't even be bothered to say "hello" when I said "good morning" . Embarrassing.
