Co-op Food - South Brent

The staff have no manners, one in one out system just doesn't work, one person came out so I went in and got pushed out claiming the shop was full, the limit is 10 there was only 5 people in the shop, I was treated like a dog, never in my 12 years of shopping here, have been treated so badly.

The South Brent Coop staff are being so helpful explaining the delivery situation, working hard to re-stock the shelves and baking extra bread. Thank you

Great little village and the Co-op staff were very nice.
Couldn’t find something and a staff saw I had difficulties so came and so they helped me out.
Would recommend this to everyone.

We don't like leaving bad reviews but the little man in this store was quite obnoxious & unprofessional, so we prefer not to use it.

Rude and ill-mannered customer 'assistant' at the till. As soon as he had taken payment for my shop, and as I started packing my items into the bag, he immediately shouts "next customer". Didn't offer a receipt to me. I had to ask for one after he had called the next customer. Didn't ask if I needed a bag at the beginning either. Lacking the most basic CS skills.

Staff very helpful and pleasant it's a nice little supermarket

Went to pick up an Amazon drop off.... all very easy and simple
