Co-op Food - Victoria

Quite good for a small shop. All the coop baked goods seem lovely. Veggies a bit hit and miss but everything else really nice. Staff are very nice and helpful. Always ready for a laugh with the customers which is nice.

It's a fairly big shop and its clean (previous owners made it look dark and dirty). Staff are friendly. There is parking, which there is spaces. Worth a visit

I've lived just down from this shop for over 20 years and I can say that in the last year this shop has gone from a great little shop, to a bad little shop. Since the first lock down the shop implemented a one way system around the shop which is fine, but they have more cages down the first and last isle which means that there is now room to social distance. Instead of customers using the oneway system they go in the oppersite direction and the staff say nothing as I have caught a few of them doing the same. I have found one to two members of staff to be rude to some customers and are not helpful at all.

Usually not a bad experience but won't be returning from today. My husband asked a man at the till for a scratch card after asking me to remind him which one he said he was going to get. He then got ID'd, which is absolutely fine. However, for the cashier to then ask for my ID (which I'd left at home) and then refuse to allow my husband to purchase the certificate was absolutely ridiculous.
If a parent was shopping with a child and asked them to pick a number 1-10 for example would he then be ID'ing the child too. Poor customer service.

Small car park outside Victoria rd co op, Knaphill. “Only 6 car parking spaces, and one disabled space.” It is frustrating to see your co op staff parking there cars directly outside the front of the shop in these limited spaces when there is free on street parking on Victoria road. This means customers dropping by are not getting a space during busy periods of the day. I’ve witnessed many cars drive away when your car park is full. Each parking space is worth hundreds of pounds to your business and staff even taking one space results in you still trading at a loss!.

Says on the window that it opens at 6am Monday to Saturday but that is not the case!

Now charging £2.50 for a block of butter!

Was in this lunchtime and accidentally clicked highly dissatisfied when should have clicked highly satisfied. Staff are always efficient and friendly
