Friendly staff, I have made some friends here. Prices are not supermarket level obviously so minus a star but i do like this shop, very convenient. Lovely people there which helps.

Expensive, but very local. Mixed reviews on staff, some are nice and some are proper specimens. Would be 2 star but always got my favorite chocolate, so 3 stars it is!

Been there twice this week at opening. Staff are unhelpful and rude. The bakery is never open when shop opens. Oh and apparently they don't do cheese and onion pasties as they are seasonal.

Store management seem to have decided to close the shop over an hour early most days of late. This is possibly due to the fact many of the staff are either off work, or on duty with massive come downs lying in the aisles verbalising how messy their night was. One memorable moment was a lovely, young staff member who had mistaken Cocaine for Ketamine during the previous nights entertainment and had ended up in hospital. We found him laying in the aisle mid shift before the underlying cause became apparent. In fairness the police were kind enough to check in on him in store; which is reassuring the local safeguarding measures are strong, especially in the crazy, dystopian workforce of the Frimley Road Co-operative. Never a dull moment in the Co-op.

quite unhappy. Do you not restock your shelves? My husband was rushing to work and quickly grabbed a loaf of bread for his lunch. in his rush he didn't check the date at the store. Turns out the bread was due on the same day. Bought on 4 May, due on 4 May. Are you not supposed to restock your shelves Daily and check for old stock? Quite disappointed that we wasted money on this.

Attempted to use the shop at 1755 to be told by a member of staff sorry we are closed guys. No explanation, no prior warning like the already reduced hours to 2000 that were put up at Christmas. When it is open the que is alway long and the paypoint machine is never working.

Excellent staff.. that work the whole shop floor.. but always helpful.. as they are multi tasking ..but always want the customer happy! My shop of choice after several years living in vicinity!

The staff are usually friendly but there’s a few women I’ve heard speaking about their private life and one particular staff member Julie who’s really rude to the staff and can really humiliate them in front of people and she has been called up about this last year by a member of the public
