Co-op Food - Rotherhithe Street - London

Loved it. Well thought out selection of groceries and other items, and the layout is perfect too including the check out arrangements.somebody at corporate appears to be listening to customer feedback! And it's just so wonderful to have this store in the neighborhood, especially a CO-OP. Highly recommended.

Seriously being open for several month now and running out of the items since opening.... store manager who doesn’t say hello nor thank you....? No need to expand if you hire useless staff... par level training, required as the other one in SE 16 is as bad as is one.

Never has the most basic items like cream, milk, eggs. Empty shelves are pretty common for this shop. Also stuff always closes early, so don't trust the google working times, shop can be closed already at 9pm.

I didn’t expect a small shop in a residential area to be so diverse in the items they stock! So many plant-based & vegan foods, I love it! And it has extra services like Waitrose returns and Amazon locker!

Always under stocked... Can never get everything I need from this shop. The staff are very unhelpful, they can see a queue of people at the cash register and ignore it. There have been times when you can wait up to 5 mins by the till with no signs of any employee. On top of all this the prices are hiked up too high. This shop really needs a change of management.

I had some difficulties in sending the parcel back to John Lewis a month ago and popped in the shop twice. Thanks to Akeem who was extremely helpful, polite and courteous in both occasions. Excellent customer service.
