New upgrade in store looking great. Easier to get around. Staff are helpful. Good little pop in shop and post office facilities.

opened a complaint after my visit last Saturday, 1 person serving at peak time on post office counter, queue through the shop, no social distancing. dreadful. With the end of lock down, plus Xmas post both made it completely predictable that the demand on the post office counter would be high. unbelievable lack of preparation.

Good selection of goods. But last time I was there I bought a bottle of Glen Keith single malt whisky. There was a special offer of a £20 deal on it. It was only when I got home I realised I'd been charged £30. I checked the website and sure enough it should have been £20. I took my receipt back the next day and showed the manager who gave me a £10 refund and apologised for the error. Very impressed, with the service although I had to make 2 trips

I had a nice shopping experience. The staff was polite and helpful. The store is big with amazing options. I didn't think I would be able to get so many variety.

Large store with parking available.
Not always fully restocked and staff can be very rude.

Traditionally the co-op is a store which caters for the less well off. The price of milk is therefore totally unacceptable compared with all other large supermarkets.

500g pasta 58p
This compares to 20p in Lidl and Aldi
250g quick cook rice £1.80
Same type of thing 37p Aldi and Lidl.

Cakes for £7.00

Bread is normal price.
