Usually love coming here but today your staff member was incredibly rude it doesn't hurt to say please and thankyou and heaven forbid you smiled!

Possibly due to lack of staff, extinguisher was infront of double doors.. Double doors that would enable a wheelchair user access. Staff unwilling to help move objects to enable myself and 3 month old baby entry as wheels on buggy were slightly wider, repeatedly, told the extinguisher is stopping the door from opening, we were turned away - unless I was expected to move the the blockage myself and leave my baby unattended. Surely the staff member was not on site alone so someone could have helped.

I did some training at this shop, was only there for a few weeks but found every one there was lovely & helped my confidence a little as I had a tough time working through covid.

The staff are always so lovely and friendly. I come here often to drop off my Hermes parcels and even when it is busy, the staff are so polite, accommodating and cheerful. Really brightens up my mood each time, I just want to commend everyone in-store for outstanding service. I sometimes pick up some good deals on the way out and there seems to be a great selection. Visited this store for the first time in ages and found it very well stocked and the staff extremely helpful in particular Lee (hope that's correct). Such a lovely helpful lady ....she really made my day. Thank you

Fast service. Decent selection considering how small the store is. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
