Co-op Food - Camberley

If you want to witness unprofessionalism , want to experience a poor customer service and wanted to see can't be asked type of employees - this co-op is the place.

Wanted to post an item : First visit the around 10 am - Team member ( female) told me that person who deals with Post isn't in today ..and? she didn't wanted to make her hands dirty.

Second visit - 9am , Team member ( another female) said the person who deals with the post is sorting deliveries , she refused to call her as she can't/ (won't) leave the till.

Third visit - 10:15 am finally saw two team members on the post office till - Both were dealing a customer who happens to be a friend - They were talking with each other and discussing all sort of things. 10:30 am chatting still going on , while people are waiting - Both of them knew people are waiting but they didn't bother apologizing and continued to have the fruitful discussion with the customer/friend.

Bonus - there is one particular team member (a male) who has never smiled , I am sure people has seen him .

The young chap in the glasses was so miserable didn’t say hello or thank you. he was reluctant to hand over a bag after throwing my items down. Never seen somebody who hated his job more then this chap.

I’ve never seen more than one employee behind the till, most are often stocking shelves that seem to be constantly empty and messy and leave the 20 person deep queues to be dealt with by often the poor check out person . Never have stock when I deliveroo from here either 🙃 time to change coops

Often stock left everywhere, staff barge past you when doing Deliveroo orders, staff are very rude, I now drive past this store to go elsewhere,

As said by many, customer service is very poor.
After queuing for a long time - it does seem to happen very often in this shop - the man working there refused to sell me a stamp as "they were done with post services for the day". Funny that he said this standing under a banner saying that they do offer post services anytime the shop is open. Losing the will of shopping in this place, even though I am very local.

All the colleagues, in particular the older women, have a cold and somewhat bigoted approach to customer service. Every single time I have been served I have been greeted with dis contempt and ill-mannered behaviour; they seem constantly irritated and above the customers. Have heard stories of refusing selling age-restricted items to customers well above the age required to make a purchase. Overall store has an unwelcoming environment, will not be returning any time shortly.

Shop messy, some of the staff are rude and what makes things worse is I used. There post office to sent a parcel, 10 days later it’s has not turned up, so I ring up Royal Mail turn out that the person in coop who did it put in the wrong postcode that Goes nowhere. It’s is now lost in a kind of limbo and I’ve lost £250 that’s The cost of the item in the parcel. From now on I’ll be going elsewhere
