Co-op Food - Woking - St. Johns Road

Not many options of products and staff not very friendly with immigrants like me. I've felt really bad last time I had to buy something in there. Specially because I was with my 18 months son and an elderly man that works in there don't even looked in my eyes. Not the first time. .

I was at the shop today around 2:45pm There were two ladies a front of me in the queue to the till. When it came to pay they payed with cash - and it happened to be lots of coins. The 'oldish' man at the till was very rude to them. Told them they shouldn't pay like that, especially when shop is busy. He was not happy he had to count all that pennys. Very poor customer service and unpleasent experience.

Good variety of stock but aisles are very narrow making it difficult for people with mobility issues or pushchairs, the young chap who works on the till called Aaron who uncannily resembles a young Elvis Presley was very polite and helpful.

Very rude staff. Yesterday I bought a bottle of wine and when I went to check out I was the only person in the store. Yet the lady at the counter was acting in a hurry , did not greed me or responded to my greeting . I asked 3 times for a bag and she finally almost threw it at me whilst overlooking me as if I wasn’t there and trying to attend to the only other customer in the que behind me. This is such a shame as it’s great little store, but sorry the staff needs to be more polite.

Same Staff selling me cigarettes without asking for ID and asking me for a ID 1 hour later and declining to sell me 15.09 21:30

Worst experience. Staffs don't know to deal with the customers. Won't go to coop anymore. Mainly st. johns😡

Lady at the counter so rude all the time basically throw your items back at you and your change she has no people skills what so ever. So rude and unwelcoming have no ideas why the insist upon putting her on the till all the time. Other staff are very nice tho.
