Co-op Food - Bishops Rise

Staff at this co-op run things to their own advantage - not big fan of customer service. On top of this, the store is very cramped - a real concern in these Covid times. Also, for months this store has a major problem processing various energy suppliers - I complained, only to be told the equipment they use is old! Unacceptable service.

Great little Co-op store this one. Easily the best in the area as far as range of items, customer service and staff helpfulness. I do most of my weekly shopping here as they have everything you need and nothing you don't , so no wandering down long aisles tossing items in the trolley that you never went in to buy.
Keep up the good work!

They sold me an empty lighter!!
To my surprise, Coop read my review and I have just received compensation for the empty lighter. That's excellent customer service, and I've now amended my review to 5 stars. Well done CoOp!

lovely staff. but… i asked for GOLD leaf. i was given AMBER… i was clear with it but didn’t realise till i got home. not happy.

This store, although smaller thzn some branches, is well stocked with everyday essentials. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

These lot don’t even send out your order. Then they don’t respond to calls. Think money is a joke and that. Don’t complain when you guys get finessed

Very small store but staff is very nice and helpful,every morning I go there and shop. A staff member called Rucha helps me everyday and kindly helps every customer. I give full stars for her amazing service.

Just been to coop on bishops rise Hatfield after being stood at empty tills for over 3 mins after going for blue milk and carnation milk... both out of stock AGAIN.... I told the assistant she laughed so as I walked out I said it was ridiculous to which she shouted across the shop as I'm y door now trying to leave shooing mee out of shop in front of ow a very very long queue I am now to make a formal complaint to head office .... I OR MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE SHOPPING IN THERE AGAIN IF SHE IS WORKING EVER.... #itsyourjobtobepolite
