Made a dedicated trip to make a Hermes return, only to be told they've stopped taking parcels by lunch time in a very blunt and unfriendly tone. The last parcel I sent from this location never reached its destination. Luckily I kept proof of postage. Avoid.

Mismanaged, rude staff and unsafe according to the man behind the cashier! Paid for a Hermes drop off, took my package there as it was the drop off point close to my house. The man insists that I leave the package on the isle rather than behind the counter, where people can kick, cough on or steal it. When asked him whether the package was safe the man says "Oh no place is safe!". Asking what his name was and he throws a long name smirking at me! The package was delivered at the end but I will never drop my packages at this place again. Perhaps this is what the man wants, to be on a easy-to-earn contract with Hermes without the hassle! Avoid this place, there are so many other drop off/ collection points.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude and unhelpful staff. The service that they say they deliver they don’t and then the machine doesn’t work. Didn’t leave parcel as was not safe. Don’t recommend anyone using this shop.

Worst place to drop of parcels, machine never works or they’ve ran out of Hermes receipts, I’ve been about 8 times and have only managed to drop of a parcel twice. Theres always an excuse not to take Hermes parcels, pretty obvious they just can’t be bothered with it since it takes up space behind their counter!

Rude staff, i ordered a my hermes parcel after showing my id 5 times they said they didnt have my parcel and when i refused to leave without my parcel and asked them to check one more time the clueless employee found it, it was right next to him. Dont send ur parcels here!

Hermes parcel drop , printer always broken . If they can’t offer the service Hermes shouldn’t use them as unreliable
