Bit on the pricey side, but Very good. Parking needs improving, cars being parked infront of door. Instead of parking in space provided. Lazy and ignorant !

I have reborn dolls and a lady that works there though ot was funny and took pics in trust that she would send them me and never has and I have resantly asked to save pokemon mags and no prob till now wen they put it back on the shelf and I said I'd be back this Friday to pay for it a lady that works there is lovely as she has helped me with my dislxyia

One star undeserved horrendous customer service, male manager Mathew following me around touching his headphone and making inappropriate comments...reported him to his company.

No staff ever at a till and always ignored when customers need serving. Rude and moody staff. Don’t ever feel welcome and made to feel you’re pestering them or being a nuisance. All round can’t be bothered attitude. Even seen customers making an effort to be extra nice with your staff to try and keep things friendly, with no result. Absolutely disgraceful for a massive company like you to allow staff to behave like that and indeed get away with it! Happens to so many people so I won’t take it personally. Only happens at Lostock Hall Co-op. Now that’s bad really

Unfortunately my blooming card was declined because I only went and brought the wrong bank card out. The lovely girl behind the counter was really nice with me and offered to keep my shopping behind the counter until I nipped home to get the correct card. I found her really settling as it was embarrassing. Extremely professional and all round a pleasant young lady. An asset to your staff at Lostock Hall Co-op I would say! 👍🏻
