Nice shop with friendly staff. Although their friendliest and most helpful member of staff has left. I'm not sure of her name but she was quite smurf like (always smiling and always helping people). The only downside I've noticed is the shelves need to be stocked more.

Nice place to shop. Plenty of stuff for such a small supermarket. Always stocked up. Staff are always friendly.

Moved in across the road and really depend on this place for essentials. The female staff behind the till are very friendly and really make an effort to provide good customer service.

The securiy guard is very rude and involving in sells though doesnt know what the deals and prices decrease or increase as well as some deals like when you want to buy a Meal deal likewise in other stores you can pick any drink is under the deal like hot or cold drinks so when i wanted to purchase a hot drink hes stopped and said this is not in the Deal however it does and said also about the size of drink and was wrong answers .

I used to be a regular, despite the restocking being a bit random, you get used to choosing alternate products, or coming back. Service is also random, sometimes ok, but last month, after I put my bag in the bagging area, under the Covid screen at checkout, cashier Maryam lined up all my products around the bag, and even moved it out of the way, to avoid putting anything in it. I paid, and she watched, whilst I reached under the screen, and packed the 14 items into the bag myself.

I use self-checkout when I can, but this branch doesn't don't have one, and with the Covid screen making it awkward for customers to actually reach the bagging area, I was keen to know the policy, so I emailed management. They said the policy is that cashiers can bag, or not, as they please, even if it makes things awkward for customers. So I now use Sainsburys just one block away.

Don’t understand the stock set up at all, got about 3 choices of soft drink spread out across 10 rows? A load of stuff you’d expect to be there missing too, as in not stocked there
