One of the members of staff in their accuse me of trying to pay with a dodgy note and I was very unfairly treated

Great shop and everyone is really nice and helpful

The contact number they have given including opening times are all wrong.
The staff was then very condescending to me because I didn't know that 9 pm was apparently too late for them to take my Hermes parcel.
