Co-op Food - Birchwood

Disgusting. The lady who works in this shop was very rude to my partner. We couldn't even get through at first. We kept ringing and ringing and they didn't answer their phones. Guessing the queue must be outside they are so busy lol

Good for late night shopping as it stays open till very late and is well lit.

It's disappointing that this store seems like it just closes whenever it wants to, without any notice to its customers. Very unreliable as it always happens at random times.. i hope the management fixes its issues whatever they are because the staff has solid customer service.

Possible staffing shortage/issues as it's not always open when it says it should be. Sunday morning at 9am coop not open but says on the website it is open from 7am. This has happened several times lately.

Would like to say Well Done To Birchwood Co op on their latest Employee. Not sure of his name but it was the Young Gent with the High Man Bun, whom was working late Thursday Evening 27th October. Such a delightful person with Awesome Customer Service Skills & Friendly, Outgoing Attitude. Such a breath of fresh air to see a Friendly Face behind the counter. 10/10 also shop is always well stocked & staff are mostly always friendly it Was nice to get a smile & my bags packed from the lovely new employee. :)

As most of the co -op , it lacks variety, shelves quite empty, staff leaves mess on the floor, not very nice

Long hours and great staff. Stocks a surprising range for its size at good prices.
