Muhammed served me Couldn't find my parcel after only looking on 2 shelves. Then accused me of being a lier.

The service here is normally amazing, but this member of staff was rude and aggressive and called me a lier.

Good customer service. i go there to top up my oyster and collect my parcels. they also do paypoint which is great. i get everything together.

i dont understand why so many 1 star reviews. one of the best shop in the area. its been 4 years going to the shop. never had an issues and always serving happily.

He charges for services that should be free for vulnerable people like pay point and topping up pre payment cards like gas and electricity. Will be reporting this to the council. Plenty of fake reviews on here from about 2 weeks ago.

Great little shop, has all the necessities and great customer service. Unsure what these negative reviews are all about. Ive been coming here for several years. Also very convenient for collecting or returning parcels.

I am not sure how convenient this shop is but there is an issue with the staff in the shop as every time you top up your gas or electric they are charging 50p-£1 per top up.
This is against their agreement with pay point and is quite frankly illegal.
I will be reporting this to the council, trading standards as well as pay point.
