The array of available items is satisfiable, the prices are okayish, the opening hours are often annoying. And they keep on switching around items thus wasting customer's time when they're looking for something in particular.

Good selection of things to eat / drink including "free from".
But a bit expensive arguably for students feels like there should be some more student friendly purchases.

Overpriced and unhealthy food. Legit a wall of chocolate and sweets. But it's one of the only places on campus to grab something quick so students often have no other option.

Convenient, but the prices and lack of quality fruit and veg make it difficult to rate this shop any higher. Everything is 20p+ higher than you would find it in a supermarket and with the SU increasing the prices of its nights out, it's clear that it's not doing its job. A shame!

Its shop like these that ruin the overall experience of being a student. I wish I was Elon Musk and I could buy this entire university make it free for everyone and charge any snacks and drinks for 50p only.

The quality of products available are not the healthiest but the variety of said unhealthy things are vast. It has enough to grab something you need on the go but don't expect it to be a standard supermarket with your organic section.

Avoid this place if you can!

This shop is ridiculously expensive. Do not come to this shop if you have the time to walk down town or to Englefield Green where you can find the same products at half price. This shop labels itself as "not for profit" and "for students" but products here are double the price of Tesco or Spar, taking advantage of being the only grocery shop on campus. It is genuinely funny to see how some products are originally labeled as 1£ on the package but the real price in this shop is 2.60£. Abusive prices and hypocrite description!

This place is an absolute scam, majority of the items here are largely overpriced, especially the bare essentials such as toiletries and water. They label themselves as “not for profit” yet this is borderline extortion since they use their status of being the only store on campus to vastly overcharge all the students, some items here have a 160% markup in price on basic goods such as crisps. How they can get away with this style of captive marketing is beyond me.
