Had a really important parcel delivered that I paid a fortune to make sure I got it today, didn’t send it to home as I wouldn’t be in I checked with dpd and they said I could collect here till 11pm, I went on there google page which also said 11pm so triple checked as I couldn’t risk missing it. Got there at 6:15 sign on the door that says closed at 6pm.
Caused me an absolute nightmare, usually wouldn’t be a big issue but when you’ve paid and triple checked to make sure this is right then they changed there opening times just really isn’t right.
At least be professional and tell DPD and change it online not just on a scrap piece of paper in the window that looks like it’s been scribbled over.
You can do what you want it’s your business but when your taking peoples parcels you have to advertise the right times so people don’t get stuck like this.
