Very good excellent service and customer care. This is a family run business and they would do anything to help you find the right product . They are also excellent with giving advice. I will definitely continue to use this company, their customer service is the best but this is what you get from family run businesses, they care about their customers more so than large companies.

My first purchase from Vapesdirect and I was very impressed with the level of service.

The device I wanted was not in stock and Terry called me up shortly afterwards and discussed my requirements and made some recommendations. Afterwards, he threw in a few freebies to "make up" for the different colour which was unnecessary but very thoughtful and indicative of what makes a great proprietor.

It was posted very quickly and the prices I felt were very fair. The overriding impression was of a well run store and exceptional customer service and I would certainly use him again and I wish him a successful future. Kudos to you

Amazing service!! First time ordering with this site and can not fault them. Ordered early morning and my delivery was with me the next day by 12pm not only that there was a extra surprise in the box too. Also they are a lot cheaper than my local supplier so can’t recommend this site enough. Will def be a returning customer

First time ordering. A great experience from start to finish. The prices are fair and probably some of the cheapest I have ever seen for some of the products I was after. Royal Mail strike would have delayed my delivery by well over a week, vapesdirect offered to recall it and send via DPD free of charge instead. The order was dispatched and within 24 hours I had the parcel which was a great gesture they didn’t have to offer. They also threw in a freebie which is always appreciated! Would 100% use again in the future.

This is a great company. Delivery, price and service are all really excellent. My only quibble is the way they pack products to send is really not environmentally friendly filled with polystyrene.
