I've used this store since 2009. The manager 90% of staff are polite, helpful & hard workers. I've never had to make any complaints. Rarely something I want isn't available but so long as you let them know they ALWAYS remember to get it in. Only time they haven't is when it's literally been unavailable from their suppliers.

Very rude and very unhelpful. It was my first time returning 2 amazon package and I got the labels mixed up (was told to do everything myself without help) and the man muttered "seriously" under his breath and just refused to help!

Worst customer service: A week before Saturday evening on 13th November, I went to buy a milk. Having not found milk twice, I was only given unclear direction both times. On the third time when I told I could not find milk, he sent a guy to lead me however he was rude and nasty to me. That guy said, “Can’t you see there? Do you need glasses?” I got angry at him saying that’s not the way to do customer service and left. As I was leaving, he shouted at me to get lost. Clearly this is awful customer service I ever faced. I thought I was helping local shop but this seems to be in vain. It seems best-one is the worst one for now.
