Co-op Food - High Street - Lindfield

The 2 older ladies who work the cashiers are exceptionally rude, in here. Been using this shop on the way home everyday for the last year, and tbh today ive had enough of their attitude, it is intentional, they make themselves abunantly clear of their intentions, just disgusting.

Friendly staff, great location. Great quality food, well presented. You can even tie your dog up at the entrance and the bus stop and other village shops of very close by, so it's handy for the less able and elderly.

Used to shop here then one of their staff shouted an insult at me in front of other customers as I was leaving because I genuinely didn't hear them say goodbye. The manageress then told me I was at fault and did nothing about it. Absolutely horrific way to treat a customer and wouldn't shop in this place again for anything.

The store could do with a good clean. Does the store employ a cleaning company. If so I suggest someone monitors their work, it is very low standard. The store staff do not appear to be responsible for the cleaning?

An absolutely first class service in difficult times. Brilliant staff polite and helpful, I cannot fault the supply of food and essentials during this time. Lucky to live in a village like this and where the community is supported. Thank you everyone at the Co Op Lindfield. 👏👏👏👏

A great team effort I’ve the past months and difficult times can’t fault the staff at Lindfield , absolutely brilliant work. And makes @ change to have 100% happy cheery staff .. you know what I mean 😀

Good local store, I find the staff friendly, they are always busy putting new stock out, so can be slightly harder shopping at busier times.
I always prefer to go to the counter and have human contact.

An older lady on the cashier had a very dismissive and rude attitude when serving me today. She was also very patronising to an elderly customer struggling to read his shopping list, and continued to talk badly to other customers about him after he had left. The staff are usually lovely so this was disappointing considering we could all do with some kindness at the moment.
