Lovely staff my card wasnt working for some reason all I wanted was a nice cold beer after a hard days work you know the feeling... so the young fella gave me one and said pay me back tomorrow it's little gestures like this that the world needs more of so thankyou I will definitely make this shop my go to from now on

Last week (june 2021) I had a bad fall in this shop. Due to a heavy box being left on the floor in the biscuit aisle. I tripped a landed face first in the new shelving in front of the main counter.
This caused me to get a dislocated shoulder injury and bruising to multiple areas and a cut nose. Watch for trip hazards!!!!!!! I am unable to do anything and will be off work for at least 6 weeks.

September 2021 it has now been 3 months since the accident I am still off work, had surgery to my shoulder due to tendon and muscle damage caused during dislocation. Totally incapacitated with arm in sling, unable to drive. Recovery very slow.

Also note that layout of shop was changed straight after my fall🤔

Updated November 2022..... so surgery 6 months off work still in pain after 18 months and get this they won't provide public liability insurance to my solicitor. Will be reporting to trading standards if they don't have insurance.
