Staff follow you round the shop as if your going to shoplift. Couldn't use debt card for under £5 and then would'nt accept my £20 note. I dont like there vibe. Won't go in there anymore. With this kind of service I am surprised they are still trading.

Sorry to say that this is one of the most HOSTILE shops I have ever had the misfortune to try to support in recent years. The woman behind the counter is the most miserable and rude person you could ever meet. And what makes it worse is she happens to be the OWNER.Shop there at your peril!!!

Not a very good shopping experience the owners stare at you as if you shoplifting and are quite rude.

Wow, was going to leave a review and then seen the others! Not just me then! I’ve lived here for around 20yrs and i use this shop occasionally but i bought an elf bar today and 30 secs after leaving went back because it didn't work out of the packet (which happens sometimes). Went back to exchange it and explained and she said “Thats IMPOSSIBLE, i dont believe you, you look dodgy” 😂 i couldnt believe it, EVENTUALLY got my money back and went one stop instead. I couldnt believe how RUDE she was! I left and said “you’ve just opened and you’ve lost a customer” then the other man that worked there started arguing with her as i left. DO NOT GIVE THIS LONDIS ANYMORE BUSINESS! They do not deserve it.

I used to like shopping here until a series of really bad experiences.
Rude staff, out of date/mouldy stock on the shelves and a general unhelpful ness from this store make it the inferior shop to one stop.

As per other reviews unfortunately 😟. When I lived locally I used this place on the odd occasion if one stop was closed or something, but being followed around and spying on me as if I’m going to steal stuff is pretty poor behaviour. Fair enough if I was dressed like a hobo or was acting suspiciously, but I wasn’t!

Thank you, great place to collect parcels and they always sell lots of yummy snacks.
