Bad range. Bad management. Treat staff horribly. Take jobs way too serious rather than focusing on giving good service and treating their own people with respect. Avoid coop. Shop elsewhere you'll walk out happier.

I've gave 3 star as a local guide due to one reason only!
You do not have a varied product base like the rest of your stores, you have plenty of room which can hold alot more varied products so why not utilise this and offer more for the local community!

Below average Co-op. Place always looks scruffy and understocked and they don't seem to run the same offers as other Co-ops. There is another Co-op about 2 minutes drive away in Tettenhall village that is much better.

Love the coop one of the first to openly label own brand vegan friendly goods and support the Leaping bunny logo. Xx

Staff were friendly and helpful and they have some brilliant meal deals and offers.

I'm giving it 2 stars because of the good customer service but it needs refurbishment and stock. I think the milk is very good but I had to walk out the store tonight as they didn't have what I wanted, I was wasting my time why have a shop if you can't be bothered to stock the shelves and you can't get what you want I'm going to go elsewhere tomorrow and people were doing my head in and I find it expensive!!

Things have improved. The young guy serving tonight (04/07/21) was chatty, friendly and an asset to the CoOp. A big change from the service I received from a young female a year or so, ago. Tonight I popped in to use their Hermes parcel service and left with a smile 😉. Amazing how good staff can change ones opinion of a store ! Thanks 👍
