Doors locked when I’ve made a journey to drop a parcel 📦 opening times are 6-6 and it’s 7:50am

Shutters down at 4pm when trying to get a parcel - always closed !!!

Several times in the past I've been here to drop parcels off and shutters down or door locked. Went this afternoon at 15.50 and shutters down, staff working near counter no response apart from turning lights off!! If nothing else that's just rude! 3 of us were at door and one lady said she had been twice before and shutters down. They really need to stick to times as advertised and not shut when they feel like it, for me not so bad but for the other lady who has now drove here twice, such a waste of fuel for her!!!

*** Been here today on one of the times they are now open (11am 3 weeks later than previous review) to now be told they can now not take any more parcels as they are awaiting the collection driver!! Please sort out the issues with this place!! This is beyond a joke now on how to run a Buisiness!!! ***

Walked there twice now to collect a parcel, 1pm on a Saturday and 10am on a Sunday. Shutters down both times

Delivery company has been trying to deliver a parcel to the pick up point at this store for 5 days. Each day between 3 and 4 only to find the location closed despite advertised opening times of upto 6pm.

Raced after work to get here to pick up a parcel before closing at 6pm - got there at 5:30pm and the shutters already down! Please update your opening hours if you aren’t going to be open!

It seems that although many people have had the same problem as me nothing has been done about the advertised opening times being incorrect....I also raced to get to the shop after a long day at work to find the shutters down at 17:20...This is very inconvenient...I will not be using this location as a click and collect in the future..PLEASE UPDATE YOUR OPENING TIMES....

Every time I go down it's shut, today it was closed at 2pm, the advertised opening hours don't seem to mean anything
