A great shop, go there every weekend to pick up food for my family. I cycle there from my home, (although I live AGES away) and pick up some sweets (for my sister) and some supplies for tea that night. I have rated it 4 stars, because of the fact considering its such a small shop, it's easily accessible and its very practical. The only improvement would be to add some bike racks. I have to be on constant alert in the shop to make sure my bike's not being nicked!

This is a review for the new store on station rd, not yet listed. Appalling local customer relations at the new store in Addlestone Surrey ànd online. Was refused a refund by the manager for rancid off food item bought 2 hrs earlier. The assistant who sold me the item stood next to him with his head down in embarrassment as the mangager refused to the right thing. Incredible, never going back. Raised the issue with their online support and still no resolution two week later.

charged me way to much money when it was supposed to be less. i recommend that you avoid this shop! my daughter came home crying her eyes out because the cashier embarrased her infront of the customers for not having enough money. the customer service is rubbish.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen in a shop. Rarely wear uniform. Some are fixated on their mobile phones behind the till whilst scanning your items, the word please is non existent. Manager couldn’t seem to run a bath let alone a store. Poor show from the coop.

Good pit stop for the necessities, could do with stocking more fresh baked goods!

Friendly staff but it's extremely narrow and difficult to navigate with a pram. There's a Costa coffee available and a small warming area for baked items (sausage rolls etc).

Staff seem friendly enough and very proactive when there was a line forming to open another till. Marked done as it really felt very claustrophobic

Just walked out of this store as two members of staff had no face mask on in a customer serving role.
I challenged this and the staff member said he forgot.
It is a shame, as I like the new layout but wont be returning to this store anytime soon.
Management need to ensure all staff are wearing masks.
