Your Coop Food

It's amazing! The second (or third) best co-op I've been to. And trust me, I like co-ops! The wide range of biscuits is unbelievable! The freezers keep the frozen produce at a cool temperature! It always has the bread I want to buy. Lots of the time it has the big 2l fizzy drink bottles on a sale, which I strongly like. Unfortunately, they do not let my ferret inside the store :( so she waits outside, meeting (& greeting) customers as they walk past.
In summary, the shop is well stocked, and the staff are friendly. I strongly recommended that people go to this one rather than the one on cherwell drive as it tiny. It's awesome!

Extremely helpful and kind staff. No need to wait for long lines as they open tills according to the rush. Nice discounts on variety of range and always stocked up. Always donating back to the community via charity in different forms. It is a very nice big enough shop with a lot of variety from veggies to anything you can think is needed in the house, especially a fresh bakery!Shops decorated always with different festive themes. A lot of personal touch is given and customer care is a high priority.

1 out of 5 staff members in the store were wearing masks. Many moving about freely. Completely unacceptable. This is my local supermarket and I should not have to choose between buying groceries and getting COVID.

Looks small but it's actually pretty spacious. Quite well stocked. Definitely the best in the immediate locality.

Dirty store, out of date meat products, fridges that don't work and some (not all) grumpy staff.
To top it all off, bandit prices.

BEWARE THIS STORE . Dodgy Management and Staff that steal. Keys which were left at a till point manned by staff member Dillon were taken home by him and a day or two later he expected to be paid cash for the return of them on his own front doorstep by the keys Owner. Management of the shop allowed him to remain working there and basically get away with it with absolutely no repayment nor reply to the customer. He then swore at the Customer whose keys he had taken, telling him to f'off several times in front of everyone for telling his Manager that Dillon should not be working there and should have been sacked as he had acted like a thief. Management did nothing yet again and instead quite outrageously barred the Customer for abuse when there was no abuse by the customer at all but who had been sworn at for asking why they were still employing a thief and for not sacking that true abuser. Avoid this store because it is clear they are happy to allow staff members who carry out this kind of abuse to continue working there. If you leave your personal items in any store and the staff member takes them to their home to later demand payment for return, it is theft so the store needs closing down for supporting their own thief.

The Co-op has two distinct qualities, it's inexpensive and it's confused. While prices are eminently reasonable, finding what you want is difficult, there is really no logic or reason to the layout. I think you just have to learn its quirks. Also the checkout staff are pleasant but sloooooooow. So, if you want to save money you have to spend some time instead.

Does NOT do Hermes print your own return label despite what the website says. Ensure that you have a printed label if you want to do returns here!!!
