Local cheap alcohol shop, they do sell other items though ale is top 🔝 priority.

It's OK. Just local shop for quick shopping. Could be a little bit cleaner.. But can't complain if you just want to grab a quick can of your favourite lager for Saturday evening at home.

Terrible experience here at carlos today , I wanted to return a parcel via hermes.
I have not a printer at home and was told carlos could scan the bar code and print the labels for me.
I carried two large parcels through the shop, there was stock and empty boxes scattered on the floor health and safety not in place, to then get to the front of the shop, too be told they hadn't a clue how to print off labels as it was a new printer, did I know how too do it. ?
What a joke...
Reported this incident to the company I purchased the goods from, what a waste of time having a hermes account.
The man in the shop was so rude, I would never go in there again

Terrible staff and store ! I was sent there by my gas provider for a replacement card so when I asked the cashier he just said No and gave me a disgusting look and just walked of, left me clueless and confused with my bad health on top. You have been reported and ill never recommend this store to any one.

Beyond dreadful service! @Amazonprime & @Hermes…. I’d suggest removing your “package less returns” option from this disgrace of a business! They explained they couldn’t do it, with a few random swear words thrown in for good measure.
