Ordered a parcel from Ebay , the shop refused to take the parcel in when DHL tried to deliver it ! How can you have a click and collect service if you refuse the delivery!!!!@

i would give a 0 star if i could but that’s not possible, so so unfriendly and makes you feel like you shouldn’t have come in the shop and only allows two children in at once which is ridiculous if you ask me as most children come after school. no not go as that one woman with short brown hair will interrogate you. i am talking with marcos fish as we speak to get it shut down and turned into a co op
