Toilet is disgusting, doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned properly for a long time. Customer service is terrible. I was just about to be served and the staff member decided to do a swift swap even though there was nobody behind em and I was only buying a coffee and gum. That took 10 minutes and all-the-while there was a loud incessant beeping noise. Horrible

Rip off fuel prices , 1.40 per/ L didn't realise first feel up the tank in full usually it's about £86 And have to pay over £100 over charge about £14 , service area can be 4 -5 p expensive then other places but not 20p that's ripoff, never use this place again, please avoid it.

It's 5pm, the station has 29 pumps and there's one person and till open. Ridiculous! Queue of about 15 people. Bless, the lady at the till was still very courteous.

Can't even keep the place open while they do a shift change so there's 2 ambulances waiting for more than 5 minutes for fuel ridiculous

Very poor customer service, three staff members here, a man and two women, have no disability awareness. The man put his hands on my fiancee when he shouldn't have. They don't exercise a duty of care as he was on the floor, they didn't ask if he was alright, or offer him a drink. Filthy attitudes.

It's ok only stopped for a pee than got a coffee toilets were clean enough and staff were friendly

Toilets in main service are very restricted with very few people that could use them and they choose to close the toilets not carrying whatsoever about people like us, lorry drivers. We can't stop wherever we like because of the oversized vehicles and we drive up to 10 hours per day.
