My partner went in this store earlier tonight, the staff were ignorant and threw a bag at him when he asked for one, he had purchased 3 cans of coke, a bottle of Baileys and a bag of ice.

Upon arrival at our friend's house and having drank a few glasses of Baileys my friend inspected the bottle only to find out that it was out of date, expiry 10/2021! I feel absolutely disgraced that any establishment would sell out of date items at full price (£12.99) without informing the customer first.
I will be reporting this to trading standards.

If I had the receipt I'd take it back, but of course I wasn't given one, absolute joke!

If you use this shop make sure you check sell by dates!

I went there with my 4 black mates,they didn’t let us all in and we went again and we got kicked out and banned for taking 3 minutes I’m the shop

We visited this shop for the first time tonight. When we entered the male was very polite, acknowledged us asked how we were. My son had been asking me if he could have a toy and held it. To which I said no and we placed it back where it was. When we got to the till the lady rudely said, what about the toy that he’s got. To which I replied we have put it back. She didn’t then apologise for her mistake which would have been fine. I felt like putting my items back. I won’t go back again, you feel like your being accused of stealing.

Absolutely shocking they managed to get 2.1 stars! They need to be taught what customer service would look like! They throw bags if you ask one! throw changes! And finally you will pay them to get a rude service!!
