One Stop

Came in with the kids, staff were really helpful, seen a few bad reviews on the shop but I couldn't see any of the issues which we're mentioned, was clean to I thought keep up the good work

Called in for a few essentials, the staff were really friendly. Shop was nice and clean can't ask for more than that.

I went to the One Stop store in Mansfield and my purchase came to £8. I went to the till to pay and gave the female till cashier who was in her early twenties a £20 note. On handing over the £20 note I asked if she had any £5 notes for my change. The cashier informed me she wouldn’t know until she opened her till. She then opened the till and tried to hand me a £10 note and two £1 coins in change. I didn’t take the change and asked her if I could possibly have two £5 notes as discussed 5 seconds earlier. The cashier continued to hold out my change and said “I haven’t got any £5 notes”. From where I was stood, I could clearly see the till compartment for £5 notes was absolutely packed full of £5 notes. I pointed to the till draw and the £5 notes and said “Your till is full of £5 notes I can see them from here”. The cashier replied “Oh, so you’re trying to see what’s in my till are you”. I’m not sure how this reply was relevant and can only assume she was trying to infer looking at her till was somehow suspicious or dishonest behaviour, to draw my attention away from her being a very poor but blatant liar. The cashier made a loud huffing noise and handed me my change with two £5 notes. I said “thank you”, took my change and left. I will continue to shop from One Stop as I wouldn’t want this cashier’s behaviour to inconvenience me.

Really friendly staff, had a really good chat with one today about fashion and perfume, the girl was very upp and trendy, and told me the best places to get my nails done! Will look forward to returning again soon!!

The shop is very excellent. Only an employee named Becky is a biased person, rude and possibly a racist!! Whenever I come, she reacts by twisting her mouth and nervousness!!! Today I couldn't stand it and asked if everything is ok? She replied that she does everything at once. There were 2 people in the main, she was laughing and explaining. I don't understand how a worker can act in a store when he is nervous and choose according to skin color or nationality! It's 2022!!!! I wait the manager have 1 week off !!!

Like a lot of the previous reviews, it was a younger female member of staff who was very rude to me. I was calling in at the end of a bike ride for one item. Due to the presence of lots of teenagers hanging around outside, I didn’t want to leave my bike outside, so took it inside. The staff member held up her palm to me and barked, “Please leave your bike outside.” I told her I’d rather bring it inside, but she turned her back on me and said, “This is a small shop, we don’t have room.” The shop was almost empty and there was plenty of room to leave my bike and grab the garlic bread. I shall never sit foot in this shop again, certain members of staff need some customer relations training…

Rude, vile staff that don’t deserve a job, you really need to leave and find a non customer facing role or do something with your life that will make you happy so you can stop taking everything out on paying customers. Disrespectful, nasty, narcissistic, obnoxious. How you all still have a job is beyond me 2.8 stars out of 5 tells you everything you need to know, the management of this shop must be horrific. Awful experience, will never step foot in that shop again.

Rude! Bad customer service, every time I go in there, a young boy serves me, I never see him smile or say thank you and bye, he just stares. The only reason I go there if it’s an emergency, otherwise I wouldn’t step a foot in there.
