my local garage, altho would of helped if they had a phone for the fuel.and shop area. I tried to ring but mail box overloaded and shut call down,I tried again this morning ! exactly same situ,mail box full and call ended. when spoke to the fuel assistant,she said actually the phone line is for the car service part of garage and shop staff don't actually have a phone line. ! staff as per normal friendly,soiled,apologised, which explained a lot and it's not the assistants failure but she dealt with situ very well x

More expensive than other garages, cheaper on duel carriage way. Keep putting there prices up. Bought fuel from there Thursday at 1.68 following day its now 1.72. Pure greed

10.04.2022 Daylight robbery! I had put off filling up due to fuel queues, saw petrol being delivered as I drove past. Not my first choice but beggars can't be choosers.
Wouldn't return unless I have to, small forecourt. Impatient drivers trying to cut me up on the Thunder Lane entrance.
£53 to fill up a Kia Picanto....
This is local to me but hopefully the eco mob will go and do one so the the crisis is over.

Something isn't right here. I know fuel is expensive right now but everywhere else I'm getting 200 miles out of £40 for diesel. Yet here, I got 150 miles. Same price as everywhere else. Check your receipt because I suspect they haven't calibrated it correctly and I just got ripped off and got less fuel than I should've.
Won't be returning. Go 2 minutes down the road to tesco instead.

Most expensive petrol in the city and staff don’t know what they are doing ! I got charged for someone else’s diesel , I run on super unleaded how can anyone get that wrong ? When I complained the guy smiled and said you paid for the next customer fuel ?i said no 4 times I require a refund eventually he gave me a refund, I won’t use this garage again .

I’ve been over charged the last two times I have gone in. They have changed products on the till to avoid it applying two for one discounts and put in more expensive products in place of the product they have scanned. Although this is a close garage to me, there are others and I will be using them from now on.

Used this Jet garage as a UPS access point to have a parcel collected. The person serving was extremely miserable and seemed aggravated with serving me, he didn't even look at me in the face and didn't say a word.. He just gestured for me to leave my parcel anywhere which isn't reassuring and preceded to continue doing something else. Shame as it's very local to me and convenient, but I would rather drive further than return to this soulless place.

Wanted to use as a UPS drop off point. Man was instantly dismissive claiming it wasn't working, was very rude and dismissive like he just didn't want to deal with it and couldn't be bothered. Won't be going to again for anything
